DeliverY & Pick-Up
All items will be carefully handcrafted and packaged when you place an order, and delivered within 3 - 5 business days. We deliver within Calgary for $5 delivery fee. (No delivery fee if a delivery address is within 5 km.)
If you prefer to pick up, there will be no charge. You can choose a pick-up date upon order If you have a preferred pick-up date. We are located in Shawnessy, Calgary.
You will receive a confirmation email. Once we receive your payment, we will start preparing your order.
If you wish to track the process for CYBO order, please inform in a text box when you order. We will send you updates with pictures of the product.
If you have any special request such as birthday gift, baby shower gift...etc, please mention in the Request text box, or you can email us details/ideas from Special Order page.
Canada
We can also ship within Canada, USA and some international countries through Canada Post. Shipping fee is based on the total weight of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
All our products are freshly made just for you, and we hope you love them! Our products are just like food you consume. They're fragile, and each bath bomb is one-of-a-kind. We carefully wrap and ship to you, but it might get damaged during delivery. If that happens, you can still use it, and it should perfectly work just like the other bath bombs!
